TechWave Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to upholding the intellectual property rights of all individuals and expects our users to adhere to these standards as well. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address any reported claims of copyright infringement that occur through our services, provided that such claims are directed to our designated Copyright Agent noted in the example notice below.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
- 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or, if you are submitting a Notice regarding multiple works, you may include a representative list of those works.
- 2. Identify the specific material or link that you believe is infringing (or is associated with infringing activity), including, where relevant, the URL of the link on the Site or the specific location of the contested material.
- 3. Provide your organization affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and if possible, your email address.
- 4. Include the following declarations within the Notice:
- * "I affirm that I have a genuine belief that the disputed use of copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law (e.g., qualifying as fair use)."
- * "I certify that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or an authorized representative of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed."
- 5. Sign with your full legal name, either electronically or physically.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing can face legal repercussions.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed (or access to it has been disabled) in error, or that you possess permission from the copyright holder to use the content, you can submit a counter-notice to our designated Copyright Agent. This counter-notice must include the following information:
- 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
- 2. Details of the content that was removed or access to which was disabled, along with its location before removal;
- 3. A statement indicating your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or due to misidentification;
- 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles and agreeing to accept service of process from the individual who submitted the notification of alleged infringement.
If our designated Copyright Agent receives your counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant and advise them that we may restore access to the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates action for a court order against the content provider or user, the disputed content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.
Policy on Repeat Infringement
In accordance with the DMCA and relevant laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, at our discretion. Additionally, we may restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether it constitutes repeat infringement.
