• 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or, if you are submitting a Notice regarding multiple works, you may include a representative list of those works.
• 2. Identify the specific material or link that you believe is infringing (or is associated with infringing activity), including, where relevant, the URL of the link on the Site or the specific location of the contested material.
• 3. Provide your organization affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and if possible, your email address.
• 4. Include the following declarations within the Notice:

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing can face legal repercussions.

Unless the copyright owner initiates action for a court order against the content provider or user, the disputed content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and relevant laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, at our discretion. Additionally, we may restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether it constitutes repeat infringement.
